It’s been just over four years since the Sunshine MLS was born, a project undertaken by the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) . The MLS was totally designed by realtors who were members of the local boards from both Naples and Bonita Springs.1

There are around 600 condos on the market in Naples, Bonita Springs & Estero Florida in this price range that are pre-construction or that will be finished in the year 2006. Although that sounds like a lotaccording to Sunshine MLS 269 have sold so far this yearthat is about 130 a month!4
