The Author wishes most of all to thank two persons whose generous cooperation in the writing of this volume covers a period of more than twenty years. As novice master, Rev. William J. Young, S.J., gave the writer a love for the Spiritual Exercises and a veneration for their Author without which the present study would never have been made.1
Essentially, bulking up uses the same exercises as normal fitness workouts. People who want to bulk up typically do a lower number of reps with much higher weights.2
Lets try this exercise. All you have to do is keep playing the whole thing without ever taking your middle finger off that 8th fret of the D string.3
This one is a lot different as it is all chorded, barre chords specifically. So that should be a fantastic one to work on building chord change speed and accuracy.4
